She advises more than 30 company-affiliated charities on matters that include formation, tax-exemption, grant-making, domestic and international employee assistance, scholarships and compliance with the private foundation excise tax rules. Angela also helps companies and charities comply with the state-specific laws relating to cause-related marketing.
