Brian Fennerty helps businesses plan for the future. He advises on business formation, joint ventures and partnerships, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning.
Brian has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating partnership and operating agreements and merger and acquisition agreements, and in representing clients in tax proceedings.

Accounting Background

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Brian worked for the national accounting firm of Price Waterhouse from 1984 through 1988, concentrating primarily in federal and state taxation.
