Nick Alford represents clients in complex litigation, including product liability, mass torts, class actions and state attorney general actions.

Nick contributes to litigation matters by:

  • Preparing for and taking fact and expert witness depositions
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Drafting and arguing pre- and post-trial motions
  • Drafting and arguing appellate briefs
  • Serving on trial team

Past Experience

During law school, Nick served as a legal and contracts intern with Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis, participated in the Protective Order Project helping victims of domestic violence and sexual assault obtain protection orders, and served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker in Indianapolis.

Before law school, Nick spent more than two years with the U.S. Peace Corps as a natural resource management volunteer in Togo.
