The Legal 500 Recognizes Faegre Drinker Practices and Attorneys in 2023 Edition

The Legal 500 United States 2023 guide has recognized Faegre Drinker’s product liability and mass torts, capital markets and trade secrets and non-competes practices, with attorneys receiving individual rankings.

Product Liability and Mass Torts

Under the Dispute Resolution category, the firm was ranked in Product Liability, Mass Tort and Class Action - Defense: Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. The team, which is led by partners Andrew Campbell, Christopher Dolan, Amy Fiterman and Traci McKee, was listed in the Tier 3 level.

Capital Markets

Under the Finance category, the firm was ranked in Capital Markets: Debt Offerings in the Tier 4 level. The profile recognized the capital markets team — led by partner Jonathan Zimmerman — for its work with client Wells Fargo, which it advised on over $25.2 billion worth of offerings during the research period, including a $2 billion sustainability bond. Partners Dawn Holicky Pruitt and Brandon Mason were recognized in the profile, with Pruitt being highlighted for leading the relationship with Wells Fargo and other key clients.

Trade Secrets and Non-Competes

Under the Intellectual Property category, the firm was ranked in Trade Secrets (Litigation and Non-Contentious Matters). The team, which is led by partners Randall Kahnke and Harmony Mappes, was listed in the Tier 4 level. Partner Lora Brzezynski was also recognized individually as one of The Legal 500’s “Next Generation Partners” under the category.
