Seagate Technology Wins IPR Rulings and Appeals in Patent Case

Seagate Technology hired our firm to defend against a patent infringement case brought by a Taiwanese company. The two patents related to various aspects of hard disc encryption technology. We obtained institutions of IPR proceedings on all claims and, after two IPR hearings, the PTAB found that all claims of both patents were invalid.
