Overview

Debbie Cairns supports intellectual property attorneys, focusing on case management, discovery and trial preparation for intellectual property litigation matters. She also supports inter partes review and other post-grant proceedings.
Debbie’s experience includes litigation in both federal and state courts; patent, trademark and copyright disputes; product liability matters; and support on numerous patent appeals. She has worked on cases involving medical devices, software, internet technology, consumer electronics, mechanical devices and other technologies.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Debbie gained experience in pre-trial investigation and discovery, document review, case management, motion practice and trial preparation.
