Wendy Yan helps clients cross borders to grow their businesses. She has extensive experience in multijurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, technology transfers, venture capital, private equity and general corporate counseling, and various types of inbound and outbound investments relating to China.

Chinese Inbound Transactions

  • Representing multinational companies and private equity investors in the acquisition of Chinese businesses 
  • Representing multinational companies in forming and operating wholly foreign-owned and joint venture enterprises in in China
  • Representing venture capital/private equity investors and technology companies in numerous equity financing transactions related to China businesses
