Overview

Cheri R. Williams partners with investment management clients to address regulatory and structural challenges, stay ahead of emerging issues and advance their business goals. She represents registered investment companies along with their boards of directors and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance, investment servicing and transactional issues. She assists organizations, including open-end, closed-end, multi-series, multi-manager and exchange-traded funds, with a wide range of filings, regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior Experience

Prior to entering the legal profession, Cheri worked as both a licensed brokerage associate and private bank account officer for high-net-worth individuals, during which she cultivated an in-depth understanding of the clients she serves. Cheri was previously a judicial intern for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia. Cheri also has a Master of Business Administration degree.

Cheri enjoys spending her free time with her family and enjoys learning about the newest health and wellness trends.
