Brooke is qualified to practice in the United States and England and Wales, and is a member of the firm’s international labor and employment team. She regularly advises clients on cross-border and multijurisdictional employment issues.
Brooke is experienced in drafting employment contracts and employment policies and trainings, as well as performing internal audits and investigations. She also frequently represents employers in disputes, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage-related claims, and claims involving the enforcement of noncompete and restrictive covenant agreements. She also has significant experience counseling employers on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and conducting deal diligence.
