Jon provides practical guidance to assist public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate issues. He has advised on hundreds of transactions across a variety of industries, including significant experience representing financial services, food and agribusiness, and technology clients in mergers and acquisitions.
Jon has represented major clients such as Life Time Fitness, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Seagate Technology, JDS Uniphase, 3M Company and CoLucid Pharmaceuticals. He provides a consistent approach to getting deals done efficiently, while being responsive to each client’s unique needs and business goals.
