JT is a strategic advocate to insurance enterprises navigating coverage disputes, and he brings that same astute counsel to regulatory, corporate and transactional challenges, especially as they pertain to M&A activity.
Past Experience
JT previously worked for another full-service provider where he built a broad practice representing companies and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate transactions, corporate finance, reorganizations and Form A approvals. He started as a summer associate for this full-time service provider following a turn as a law clerk for a smaller, Iowa-based firm.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, JT enjoys playing guitar, watching the Chicago Cubs and reading really cheesy sci-fi/fantasy novels.
