Fran Mangot collaborates with clients in the insurance industry and related services, including life insurance, disability insurance and LTCi carriers, developing strategic solutions for their legal needs. Her work includes helping litigate life, disability and LTCi-related matters involving fraud and policy coverage disputes. She also assists in counseling clients on pre-litigation disputes through analyzing claims decisions prior to litigation.
