Renée regularly contributes to the firm’s TCPA Blog, providing analysis about recent developments and important insights about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Renée clerked for the Honorable Eduardo Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Dolores Sloviter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also interned for the Honorable Berle Schiller, also of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
While in law school, she authored a law review commentary entitled “A Counterproductive Constraint: How the Volcker Rule Undermines Its Purpose by Discouraging Hedging” for the May edition of the Rutgers University Law Review (2017). Prior to law school, Renée worked as a deputy clerk of courts for the Court of Common Pleas in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
