Litigation

Banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions rely on Frank’s 40 years of experience when they become engaged in litigation involving market conduct, intellectual property, antitrust or employment disputes. He has successfully represented insurance companies and banks in scores of business disputes.

Frank also has a strong record for defending clients in intellectual property matters involving trademark and copyright infringement and trade dress violations.

Frank has been involved in precedent-setting communications law cases, including those related to First Amendment law as it pertains to the news and media industry. He has litigated on behalf of and represented some of the nation’s top communications companies on libel and slander defense, defamation counseling and journalistic access. Many of his cases have shaped the development of access law, as a significant number of these rulings have set state and federal precedents on how access law should be treated.
