Potential Regulatory Developments for Non-Traded Closed-End Funds

Philadelphia partner Joshua B. Deringer and associate Gloria Y. Liu co-authored an article for The Investment Lawyer titled, “Potential Regulatory Developments for Non-Traded Closed-End Funds.”

The article discusses several of the proposals and concepts in both the SEC’s Securities Offering Reform for Closed-End Investment Companies (the Proposing Release) and the Concept Release and why the adoption of certain proposals would be important developments for Interval Funds and Tender Offer Funds.
