Faegre Drinker Advises Radian in Sale of its Real Estate Services and Agreement to Sell its Title Businesses

Faegre Drinker advised Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN), a global multi-line specialty insurer, in connection with the completed sale of its Real Estate Services business and its definitive agreement to sell its Title business to PLACE, a real estate technology and services platform.

The transactions are expected to complete Radian’s plan to divest its non-core businesses, sharpening the company’s focus on long-term value creation and advancing its strategic transformation and growth trajectory. The Real Estate Services and Title businesses provide title, settlement, valuation, brokerage, and property management services to homeowners, real estate professionals, and institutional clients.
