Public Company and Corporate Governance Advisor Angie Snavely Rejoins Faegre Drinker as Partner in Minneapolis
Faegre Drinker announced today that Angie Snavely has rejoined the firm’s corporate group as a partner in the Minneapolis office, she will be a part of the public companies and governance practice team.
Snavely rejoins Faegre Drinker following an in-house career most recently with Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC), where she served as senior vice president, corporate, ethics and compliance officer and assistant corporate secretary. Prior to Teradata, she was at The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) where she served most recently as assistant general counsel and assistant corporate secretary. Snavely was previously an attorney in Faegre Drinker’s Minneapolis office from 2008-2013.
Leveraging almost 20 years’ experience as in-house counsel, assistant corporate secretary, and outside counsel, Snavely advises public companies on corporate governance and securities compliance matters. With her boardroom experience at two NYSE-listed companies, Snavely helps companies achieve strategic priorities and provides pragmatic advice to boards of directors, corporate secretaries and executive teams.

Snavely is an avid adviser and strategist on securities law and corporate governance. In addition, she is passionate about helping companies navigate business challenges, grow and transform. Her anticipatory and collaborative leadership has yielded a track record of success for legal and cross-functional teams.

Snavely earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota, her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her LL.M. in Organizational Ethics and Compliance from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
