WSB LLC, a design and consulting firm specializing in engineering, environmental, and infrastructure services, expanded its environmental and scientific capabilities through its acquisition of Alta Science & Engineering, Inc., a science and engineering firm with more than 35 years of experience delivering environmental and infrastructure solutions.

Faegre Drinker represented WSB LLC in connection with the transaction as the company continued its growth through strategic add-on acquisitions. Alta brings capabilities across environmental services, remediation and brownfields, site characterization and compliance, ecosystem restoration, water resources, civil engineering, and data management, strengthening WSB’s environmental and natural systems platform.
