Fair Isaac Corp. Refinances $600M Syndicated Credit Facility

Fair Isaac Corp. refinanced a $600 million five-year syndicated revolving credit facility. Faegre Drinker represented Fair Isaac in the refinancing and has represented Fair Isaac in virtually all of its financing work for nearly a decade, including refinancing private placement notes and issuance of high-yield notes.
