Danish company Vikan A/S, one of the world’s largest suppliers of cleaning equipment to the food industry, purchased Remco Products, its largest global distributor, in a cross-border acquisition. Our firm represented Vikan in the transaction, providing counsel in the areas of tax, corporate, employment benefits and real estate.
This deal was the first of its kind in the United States for Vikan.
