DS Services of America Inc., a subsidiary of Primo Water Corporation (previously known as Cott Corporation) and a leading producer and distributor of both bottled water and water filtration coolers, purchased Pure Flo Water Co., a bottled water producer and distributor located in Southern California. Our firm represented DS Services and Primo in the deal.
