Intex Recreation Corporation Invalidates Patent Owned by Team Worldwide, Affirmed by Federal Circuit

Intex Recreation Corporation, an above-ground pool manufacturer, invalidated a patent owned by Team Worldwide. Faegre Drinker filed a post-grant review with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and after the PTAB invalidated all claims of the patent, the Federal Circuit affirmed the judgement.
