Motorcar Parts of America is a multi-line producer and supplier of remanufactured and new products, focused on non-discretionary replacement parts for the automotive aftermarket. They sell their products predominantly in North America to the largest auto parts retail and traditional warehouse chains and to major automobile manufacturers for both their aftermarket programs and their warranty replacement programs. Our firm represented Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, Roth Capital Partners and B. Riley & Co. as the underwriters for the $71.8 million offering.
