Global Traffic Technologies Wins Patent Infringement Jury Trial Involving Traffic Preemption Technologies

Global Traffic Technologies won a two-week patent infringement jury trial in the District of Minnesota involving one of the world's leading GPS-based traffic preemption technologies. The jury found that all three defendants willfully infringed Global Traffic's patent and awarded over $5 million in damages. The Court enhanced damages due to willfulness and issued an injunction. Global Traffic Technologies LLC v. KM Enterprises et al., 2015 WL 3513416 (Fed. Cir. June 4, 2015) (affirming over $5 million jury verdict).
