Insurance Company Wins Dismissal of Antitrust Claims

A national insurance company won the dismissal of antitrust claims and summary judgment on consumer protection and tortious interference claims. The dismissal and summary judgment were affirmed by the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our firm represented the insurance company in the trial court and on appeal.
