Angela Woessner helps clients craft and execute commercial real estate transactions in a way that aligns with their business objectives. Drawing from more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, she advises clients on matters involving office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and multifamily housing buildings, as well as vacant land.
Angela counsels business owners, investors and individuals on the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate, including negotiating and documenting purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, real estate financing documents and other related documents.
