Prior Experience
During law school, Kat served as a law clerk with a competing firm, where she analyzed legal issues relating to federal securities laws and commerical real property matters. She also worked as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Phillip Hom on the New York Supreme Court.
Adept at research, she served as a legal research assistant to two law professors, researching topics such as the macroeconomic effects of public benefit corporations and legal issues surrounding force majeure clauses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Kat enjoys traveling, baking, and hiking new trails.
