Faegre Drinker Represents Caltius Equity Partners and APHIX in its Sale to Gauge Capital

A Faegre Drinker team led by Ryan Miske and Shane Solinger provided legal counsel to Caltius Equity Partners in its sale of APHIX, LLC (“APHIX”) to private equity firm Gauge Capital.

Founded in 2004, APHIX is a leading provider of commercial landscape services throughout the southeastern United States. Caltius Equity Partners partnered with APHIX in 2022. Over the course of its partnership with Caltius, APHIX delivered strong top-line organic growth, built a high-quality management team, invested in technology to improve operating processes, and acquired and integrated six acquisitions while positioning the company for future scalability.

The deal team also included corporate partner Charles Bybee and associates Mark Kaske and Katherine Vu.
