Overview

Dana Pashkoff is an experienced government contracts attorney known for her success litigating contract claims and bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Government Accountability Office (GAO). A frequent author on government contracting matters, she regularly counsels clients on matters involving ethics and compliance, domestic preferences, commercial item contracting, subcontractor disputes, and procurement integrity. In addition to litigation matters, she also advises government contractors on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and associated due diligence.

Dana is a former law clerk for the Honorable Nancy B. Firestone of the United States Court of Federal Claims. 

Risk Management and SAFETY Act

Dana has particular experience in risk management counseling related to the sale of antiterrorism products and services. She is known for her work with the SAFETY Act, a statute that protects companies from civil suits arising from acts of terrorism. Dana routinely counsels clients on the regulatory process for obtaining coverage under the SAFETY Act and helps them to prepare and submit SAFETY act applications for review by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
