Overview
Prior Experience
During law school, Bailey served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Vincent F. Papalia of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. In this role she drafted legal memos, observed hearings and collaborated closely with the judge and court staff on complex adversary proceedings. Bailey also served as a student attorney in the Seton Hall Law Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, where she represented her client in their applications for cancellation of removal and request for competency proceedings. Bailey previously held a summer associate position at a New York law firm where she gained substantial commercial litigation experience.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys reading fiction, cooking and learning new forms of studio art.
