Jori Loren advocates for clients facing complex and high-stakes issues in mass tort and product liability litigation across a variety of industries such as technology, life sciences, food, consumer products, and pharmaceutical and medical devices. She partners with clients from the infancy of matters through trial to navigate the nuances of individual, mass tort and class action cases in state and federal court jurisdictions, coordinated proceedings and multidistrict litigation, and to deliver results-driven outcomes.

Jori is trusted by leading global technology, app-based and ecommerce companies to handle their most complex litigation. Her notable representations in this space include serving as counsel to one of the world’s largest app-based platforms in multidistrict litigation and related state court consolidated proceedings alleging use of various platforms resulted in mental health injuries to adolescents.
Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Consumer Products
Jori also has significant experience defending Fortune 100 and 500 manufacturers of drugs, medical devices and consumer products, including serving as national coordinating and strategic counsel in connection with large dockets of cases at both the federal and state levels. As part of these large matters, Jori is particularly adept at developing novel factual and scientific defenses that ensure clients' themes and objectives are presented in a compelling, jury-friendly manner.
Past Experience
Before joining the firm, Jori worked as an associate at a law firm in Boston, gaining experience in product liability and toxic tort disputes.
Prior to law school, Jori participated in the Teach for America program, working as a high school English teacher in Chicago.
