Kellilyn Greco



Kellilyn Greco focuses her practice on securities and investment management matters with an emphasis on investment company issues. Kelli has experience advising clients on a variety of matters, including fund formation and ongoing compliance of investment companies; preparation of various securities filings for open- and closed-end funds; negotiation of fund agreements, service provider contracts and platform agreements; and fund mergers and acquisitions. She also advises boards of directors on issues arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Kelli also has experience with hedge funds and private funds.

Personal Interests

Kelli enjoys horseback riding and college football, specifically the Penn State Nittany Lions.
