Overview

Anne Fischesser counsels clients in corporate matters, including general corporate law, closely held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. She advises high-growth businesses in equity and debt investment transactions and other strategic transactions.

Mergers and Acquisitions & Venture Capital

Anne advises both buyers and sellers in the acquisition, sale and restructuring of companies. Anne advises both investors and founders on formation of the operating entity and capital raising transactions.

Sports Industry Experience

Anne has experience advising professional baseball-related clients, including drafting and reviewing management agreements, stadium use agreements, sponsorship agreements, and control interest transfer applications.

Investment Management

Anne advises institutional investors on prospective investments in private funds.

Past Accounting Experience

Prior to law school, Anne worked as an accountant and auditor for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche in Chicago and Crowe Horwath in South Bend.
