Overview
Tracy Gregar Ferak represents global companies facing complex commercial litigation and product liability disputes. An experienced trial lawyer, Tracy has successfully defended manufacturers, automotive suppliers and technology companies as national counsel and lead trial counsel. Tracy has first- and second-chaired multimillion-dollar trials around the country and has mediated and negotiated settlements in more than 30 states. Tracy currently serves as a managing partner of the firm.

- Obtained an unanimous jury verdict in less than an hour for an automotive product manufacturer in a $15 million product liability lawsuit involving severe brain injuries in a case tried in federal court in Texas
- Obtained a unanimous jury verdict for an automotive product manufacturer in a $15 million product liability lawsuit in a case tried in state court in Atlanta
- Obtained a jury verdict for an automotive product manufacturer in a $35 million product liability lawsuit involving catastrophic injuries to an infant in a case tried in federal court in Florida
- Successfully first chaired a commercial breach of contract lawsuit in Chicago for a major national trucking company
- Successfully first chaired a three-week commercial breach of contract trial involving vintage locomotive agreements in Chicago for a railroad company
- Obtained a summary judgment for an automotive product manufacturer affirmed by the Ohio Court of Appeals
- Obtained a summary judgment for an automotive product manufacturer in Dallas
- Obtained a dismissal for a Fortune 50 company in a toxic tort action in Chicago
- Obtained a dismissal for a Fortune 100 company in an automotive product lawsuit in Los Angeles
- Negotiated settlements and dismissals in mediations and settlement conferences in complex litigation in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin, and Toronto and Ontario
