Overview

Kevin DeMaio represents clients in high-stakes commercial and business disputes and class action cases at both the trial and appellate levels. Kevin is experienced with pre-litigation counseling, internal investigations, arbitration, discovery, dispositive motions, trials, post-trial proceedings and appeals. At the trial level, he has second-chaired more than a dozen witness examinations, conducted witness examinations, presented oral arguments, and helped secure important victories at trial.

Kevin regularly counsels clients on the legal disputes affecting their business and is an active member of the firm's sports and gaming practice. 

Prior Experience

Upon graduating from law school and prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anne E. Thompson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. While in law school, Kevin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cathy L. Waldor, also of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. While in college, Kevin played football for the Princeton University Tigers.
