Overview
Chris Casolaro protects and defends clients in product liability and commercial litigation. With experience in medical device and pharmaceutical matters at different critical stages – including litigation, criminal investigation, and FDA regulatory – Chris has the perspective and tools to help clients through every step of the pre-litigation and litigation process.
Before joining the firm, he was an associate at Hogan Lovells in Denver, where he concentrated his practice on the medical device industry. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Sara Darrow and as counsel to judges at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Chris is deeply committed to public interest work. He has successfully litigated civil rights cases, and has secured favorable outcomes in First Amendment, due process, and contested asylum cases. He also fought to protect the rights of a death row prisoner in a case contested in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.
