Jared Briant is the leader of the firm's intellectual property team.
An experienced trial attorney and intellectual property litigator, Jared has secured numerous victories in high-stakes patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and false advertising cases in state and federal courts nationwide.
He represents the firm's clients in the technology, life sciences, and consumer products industries, and has experience representing clients in connection with expedited relief proceedings as well as nationwide multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state court proceedings.
Jared is a Chambers-ranked intellectual property lawyer and has also been recognized in World Trademark Review 1000 and other leading publications.
