Overview
Reuben Asia handles a wide range of real estate-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions.
Reuben has experience advising lenders and borrowers with respect to the negotiation, due diligence and documentation of loans secured by real estate. He also counsels clients on a range of zoning-related matters in the City of Philadelphia.
Before joining the firm, Reuben was an associate attorney at another Am Law 100 firm. Prior to attending law school, he was an intelligence analyst in the Counter Narcotics Division at the Office of Naval Intelligence in Washington, D.C.
