David Woolf Talks to Bloomberg Law About No-Poach Agreements

In the article, “California Leads States in Probing Employers’ ‘No-Poach’ Pacts,” Bloomberg Law reported that state attorneys general are investigating how employers plan to prohibit workers from switching jobs through unlawful “no-poach” agreements.

The publication turned to labor and employment partner David Woolf for insight on no-poach agreements.

“This really picked up in the last year or two,” David Woolf said regarding the increased focus on these types of agreements. After regulators acted to curb employer noncompete agreements, focusing attention on no-poach agreements is the “next logical step,” he explained.
