Unionized Employers, Take Note: E-Verify is a Minefield

In an article for Government Contracting Law Report, Faegre Baker Daniels associates Sari Long and Ryan Funk shared their expertise on a recent decision by the National Labor Relations Board and how it may present issues for unionized employers who enroll in E-Verify.

“Unionized employers, often in industries with high rates of immigration audit and enforcement, should consider the implications of enrolling in E-Verify following this recent decision,” said the authors.
