He was joined on the panel by Ray Hillen, directory of cybersecurity at Agio, and Maurizio Tallini, CCO of Domini Impact Investments.
As cybersecurity-related issues continue to increase in scope and impact, the SEC’s Enforcement Division—which recently created a new “Cyber Unit”—has taken note. The SEC’s National Exam program has also alerted firms that cybersecurity remains one of the top risks for financial firms. The panel examined some of the most recent potential threats, data breach and testing best practices, and the SEC’s expectations when it comes to compliance and cybersecurity.
