Best Practices Seminar

Los Angeles partner Pascal Benyamini presented at a Best Practices Seminar on May 11, 2017, for the National Tooling and Machining Association’s (“NTMA”) Top Shop Seminar. Pascal’s presentation focused on key developments in the area of employment law in California, developments under the Trump administration and their impact on California employers, as well as best practices in the hiring process in light of recent and forthcoming changes.
