Year-End Round Up on Labor & Employment Law Hot Topics

Drinker Biddle's Florham Park office hosted an interactive and engaging breakfast seminar featuring lawyers from its Labor and Employment Group in New Jersey.

Presenters used hypothetical scenarios to address current legal issues that are relevant in every business, including workplace investigations, managing political correctness in the workplace, and preparing for holiday parties. Attendees also discussed updates on topics including fair pay laws, EEO-1 reporting obligations and new restrictions on asking candidates for their salary histories.
