SEC Investment Adviser Registration

On October 6, Philadelphia partner Josh Deringer spoke at the annual TD Bank Private Equity Summit for general partners of venture capital and mezzanine funds.

Josh’s panel addressed investment adviser registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and compliance for private equity fund managers.

Josh was joined by Jonathan Schwartz, partner and CFO of NewSpring Capital; and Todd Cipperman of Cipperman Compliance Services.
