Faegre Drinker Advises All Star Financial on Acquisition by Sequoia Financial Group

Faegre Drinker advised All Star Financial, a Twin Cities-based independent wealth management firm, in its acquisition by Sequoia Financial Group, LLC, an SEC-registered wealth manager with $34.9 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026.  

All Star Financial serves individuals and families with comprehensive wealth management, investment management and tax-focused strategies. As part of the transaction, All Star Financial's team joined Sequoia Financial, expanding their advisory capabilities and adding in-house tax planning resources. As of June 30, 2026, All Star Financial had $796 million in assets under management and an additional $566 million in retirement plan assets under advisement.  

The Faegre Drinker team was led by Brandon Mason, Shane Solinger, and Nicholett Dabb and included Dan Prokott and Lisa Pugh.
