Faegre Drinker Serves as Counsel to Northland Capital Markets in $64M PIPE Financing for New Era Energy & Digital, Inc.

A Faegre Drinker team served as counsel to Northland Capital Markets, as sole placement agent, in New Era Energy & Digital, Inc.’s (NASDAQ: NUAI) $64 million private placement of common stock.

New Era Energy & Digital, Inc., a developer of next-generation digital infrastructure and integrated power assets, entered into the securities purchase agreement for a private investment in public equity financing expected to generate approximately $64 million in gross proceeds. At closing, New Era will issue an aggregate of 23,272,727 shares of common stock at a price of $2.75 per share.
