Ashbrook Technologies Guided Through Series A-1 Financing

Ashbrook Technologies, whose comprehensive software allows farmers and farm advisers to quote, bind and track customers’ coverage plans in one spot, asked Faegre Drinker for legal counsel in its Series A-1 financing. As part of the transaction, the company raised $8 million through the sale of its Series A-1 preferred stock and issuance of warrants to purchase common stock.
