Arroweye Solutions Completes $45.5M Sale to CPI Card Group

Arroweye Solutions, a Nevada-based provider of digitally driven, on-demand payment card services, has been acquired by CPI Card Group in an all-cash deal worth $45.5 million. CPI offers payment cards and related services under the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover brands. Faegre Drinker represented Arroweye Solutions in the acquisition; its technology allows for real-time card personalization and eliminates inventory needs, aligning with CPI’s focus on scalable, efficient card production. The acquisition, which closed on May 7, 2025, strengthens CPI’s position in the U.S. payments market, with Arroweye Solutions expected to contribute mid-$50 million in annualized revenue for 2025.
