Concordia University Acquires Platt College

Concordia University-St. Paul, a private university in St. Paul, Minnesota, acquired the assets of Platt College, a private, for-profit nursing school in Denver, Colorado in December 2024. The transaction involved the closure of Platt College in Denver and the acquisition of its assets by Concordia University in St. Paul. Concordia University – St. Paul subsequently established a new location at the former Platt College site. Faegre Drinker’s education team handled all aspects of the transaction for Concordia University- St. Paul, including corporate and regulatory matters.
