Faegre Drinker represented Outdoor Living Supply in its acquisition of Backyard Living, an independent distributor of decorative hardscape, paving stones, fireplaces, outdoor appliances and outdoor lighting. The acquisition expands Outdoor Living Supply’s footprint into Massachusetts while strengthening their outdoor appliance and accessories product categories.
